“It’s different in every way,” Miles recently told Vulture about the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot, compared to the 2005 version. “All those actors were a lot older, their characters were in different places. The tone of this film is completely different: We don’t have Michael Chiklis in a big Styrofoam thing, and I think that [a more grounded approach] is what people are into — X-Men: First Class is doing that.”

He added, “You’re dealing with these characters but you’re making them real people in how they exist day-to-day. People wanted it to be taken more seriously than the kind of Dick Tracy, kitschy, overly comic-book world.”

Why bother Miles. The Fantastic Four is already a failure even though it is not released. It is the only super-hero movie that is a complete failure in years. It is not the FF. It is a steaming pile of crap.

No one will see this movie. We all know better.

Awesome! I love when they take a comic book property and take out all the comic book elements so that it’s more “real”!

    These studios will never learn.
