JJJ was half expecting for Janel Parrish to float her way home with balloons just by the looks of these new shots after dance practice in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon (October 30).

The 26-year-old actress celebrated her birthday yesterday and was surprised by a ton of balloons from her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy and flowers, too.
