Val Chmerkovskiy Does The Worm For Children's Hospital LA Visit & It's Everything

Val Chmerkovskiy arrives at the dance studio with his celeb partner Janel Parrish on Saturday afternoon (November 15) in Los Angeles.

“J’s on set all day for PLL. Missing a day of rehearsals ???? really trying to control my anxiety #dwts,” the 28-year-old pro dancer tweeted earlier in the week — and how did he combat his anxiety? With the worm!

Val joined other DWTS pros and celebs with a visit to Children’s Hospital LA and showed off his worm dancing skills to the kids.

“dance therapy with the kids.. I had to do the worm ???? atleast they clapped lol .. they were just being nice,” he captioned with the cute video.
