Laura Carmichael: 'Lady Edith Is Brave & Doesn't Give Up'

Laura Carmichael hits the red carpet at the premiere of Night At The Museum: Secret Of The Tomb held at the Ziegfeld Theater on Thursday night (December 11) in New York City.

The 28-year-old actress, wearing an Honor dress, came out to support her former Downton Abbey co-star Dan Stevens.

Speaking with Access Hollywood recently, Laura dished about Lady Edith in the coming season

“She’s brave, Edith. She’s sort of tenacious. And she doesn’t give up and she kind of keeps it all in,” Laura shared. “I really think you really like her and side with her because she’s not giving up and letting life defeat her, in a way.”
