Sam Smith Should Sing The New James Bond Theme Song, Ed Sheeran Says

Sam Smith takes in the crowd’s reaction while performing at the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2014, hosted by Z100 New York and presented by Goldfish Puffs at Madison Square Garden on Friday night (December 12) in New York City.

Just after the annual concert event, the 22-year-old singer joined other celebs to celebrate Taylor Swift‘s birthday.

Singer Ed Sheeran recently chatted with press at the BBC Music Awards and said that Sam would be the perfect person to sing the new James Bond theme song.

“I think Sam Smith would be perfect suited up with his strong voice. I’m backing Sam,” Ed shared. “Anyone from him to Paloma Faith who does the retro thing really f****** well should do it. I’d love to but I just wasn’t born with the James Bond voice.”
