The 26-year-old actress didn’t hit a lot of red carpets this year…but when she did, you definitely took notice. Lily takes our #5 spot with her top moment being that hot and amazing dress in Tokyo for the premiere of Love, Rosie.
4. Kendrick Sampson
We love a man in a suit and this Gracepoint actor knew exactly how to wear them. Top moment: when he stepped out for the Marc By Marc Jacobs Fall/Winter 2014 Preview during the summer.
3. Sarah Hyland
Sarah had so, so, so many amazing fashion moments this year and it was so hard not putting her at the top of it all. Top moment: Pretty much ALL OF THEM. But our fave — the 2014 Emmy Awards. She wore a Christian Siriano ensemble, Jimmy Choo heels and clutch and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry
2. Taylor Swift
The 25-year-old songstress was also having an amazing fashion year, wowing us not only on the red carpet, but on the street as well. We’re pretty sure she owns the street style title forever more. Top moment: the 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show After Party where she showed a little leg in a Zuhair Murad gown.
