Sam Smith is GLAAD Media Awards Nominee

The 2015 GLAAD Media Awards nominations have just been announced!

Sam Smith and Laverne Cox are just some of the well-known names nominated at the ceremony, which will be held on Saturday, March 21 at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles and in New York on Saturday, May 9 at the Waldorf Astoria New York.

The awards are held to “honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the LGBT community and the issues that affect their lives.”
