Dylan Penn & Joan Smalls Hit Spotlight For Paris Fashion Week

Dylan Penn shows off her style in a navy blue dress while attending a fashion show as part of Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2015 on Tuesday (January 27) in Paris, France.

The 23-year-old model was joined at the show by Joan Smalls, who was seen strutting her stuff on the runway.
