OlderJennette McCurdy Promotes Heart Health Before 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' Fashion Week Party
Jennette McCurdy walks the red carpet with good friend Colton Tran for Nylon and Fashion Police’s “Fifty Shades Of Grey” Release Party held at Dream Downtown on Wednesday night (February 11) in New York City.
The 22-year-old actress just recently posted her newest blog for Huffington Post for National Wear Red Day last week and touched on the importance of heart health.
“Prevention doesn’t have to be some all-consuming endeavor where everything you eat, breath, say, and do is an active attempt to ward off some overriding circumstance (be it a disease, event, or other). That, to me, translates to unhealthy obsession or fixation,” she wrote.
Jennette continued, “The best approach for myself, I’ve found, is to not think about the thing I’m preventing at all, but rather to focus on the prevention itself in the form of living a ‘healthy lifestyle.’”
