Luke Evans Lands Gaston Role in 'Beauty & the Beast'!

It looks like Beauty and the Beast has found its Gaston – actor Luke Evans is currently in negotiations to play the cocky Disney character, Variety reports!

The 35-year-old actor will star in the role opposite Emma Watson, who has been previously announced to play Belle.

Luke is no stranger to musicals – he has starred in many West End productions in London, England such as Rent, Miss Saigon, and Piaf. We can’t wait to hear his Gaston tunes!

No official word has been passed down from Disney just yet.
