Jessica Lowndes picks up a healthy smoothie from EarthBar after her workout in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon (March 19).
The 26-year-old met up with a pal for a quick bite to eat afterwards at Alfred Coffee & Kitchen in West Hollywood.

“Mid section rotation while holding an inverted plank: remember to keep your spine straight and don’t collapse in the belly as you go through your rotation. Draw one knee up to your belly button. Rotate. Extend the leg. Reverse the movement. Then switch sides. 2×8 (on each leg),” she wrote with the first vid.
