Blake Lively just called out husband Ryan Reynolds for his wandering eye on Instagram!

“Should I be concerned that my husband’s never looked at me this way?” the 27-year-old actress captioned a pic of her 38-year-old husband and his Woman in Gold co-star Helen Mirren at a premiere last month.
