Kendall Jenner Keeps Quiet on Bruce Jenner Transition Subject

Kendall Jenner is opening up about her father Bruce Jenner‘s reported transition in the GQ cover story for the May 2015 issue.

Here’s what the 19-year-old model had to share:

On her dad and the rumors surrounding him: “All that is bulls**t. I don’t even know what they’re talking about, so I have no idea. That’s why this life is different. That’s why this life isn’t normal. You know what I mean…That is not for me to answer.”

On her dad growing up: “My life was always different growing up. I mean, even before the show, my dad was who he is. He’s an Olympic athlete. And we were going to premieres, like Finding Nemo premieres, and we would be little kids, like, before the show, walking down the red carpet.”

On her modeling career: “I didn’t do it because I felt like I had to prove something. This is a career that I’ve always wanted. And I mean, what else would I be doing? I probably would have gone to school to get the degree to go to work, when work was already there.” She’s deliberately kept the E! cameras away from this part of her life. “I told them from the beginning, I was like, ‘Okay, love you guys, but we’re not gonna do this. You’re not gonna follow me to shows, you’re not gonna be with me on this ride.’ ”

I look at her and I don’t get it. I feel society is easily fed these days and it’s exactly how the powers at be wants it. For instance how many good songs have 1D and Justin Beiber actually released? Perhaps 2 between them but they are plastered everywhere for aspirational living. The good old American dream. The good old Western capitalist cog. it’s all nonsense
