Adelaide Kane on Mary's Pregnancy, Being Team Frary, & the 'Reign' Finale (JJJ Interview)

Adelaide Kane opens up about the Reign finale in this new interview with JustJaredJr.com!

We caught up with the 24-year-old actress at the CW Upfronts where she talked about Mary being pregnant with Conde’s (Sean Teale) baby and what that means for her crown.

“Is she pregnant? Is she not pregnant? Is it Conde’s? Is it Francis’ (Toby Regbo)? Have they been getting back together on the side?” Adelaide joked with JJJ. “I think it’s going to be pretty obvious when her baby comes out with dark hair and a tan instead of blonde and blue eyes. It’s dangerous business.”

The Reign finale airs TONIGHT, May 14 @ 9PM on The CW!

JustJaredJr.com: What do you make of Mary’s relationship with Conde compared to her other relationships?

Adelaide Kane: The thing with Bash was pretty…I don’t think they were sneaking off the linen closet or anything like that. And I think the relationship with Conde was initially about healing and then became about love later down the line. I also believe there are different kinds of love and you love each partner you have differently. I’m just a Frary shipper, man. I like those characters. Although, I’ll tell you what, Sean Teale is super easy on the eyes and I was not mad about having to make out with him. But I’ve also been working for Toby for two seasons and he’s like this angel. They are all so handsome.

JJJ: Definitely! And let’s talk about Catherine. I’m guessing she won’t be thrilled about the pregnancy…

AK: There’s always a Catherine and Mary showdown just around the corner and I love it because Megan [Follows] is so amazing. She’s so amazing. You don’t mess with her children or the succession. The throne is everything.
