Earlier in the week, the 26-year-old actress stopped by The Today Show to chat up Gigi and living in the Big Apple — and to eat some breakfast!

“Stopped by the TODAY Show to chat about Gigi and my love for New York! I’ve lived in Cali my entire life, so moving to New York was definitely a big change. But I’ve been loving it here! There’s just always something to do � and eat!” she shared on Tumblr.

Vanessa added, “Before we went live, the TODAY Show served me my perfect breakfast: scrambled eggs and avocado on Ezekiel bread. MMmmm…”
