Kat Graham graces the June/July 2015 issue of Unite 4 Good magazine.

The 25-year-old Vampire Diaries actress opened up about what she really thinks being a refugee means.

“When I think of everything that refugees around the world are going through, the commonality that connects them all is the fight to survive,” she shared. “The will to win. I value people that rise regardless of their current circumstances.”

Kat added, “When I think of a refugee, I don’t see it as anything separate from myself.”
