Jared Padalecki Breaks Silence After Sufferring From Exhaustion

Jared Padalecki is seemingly doing much better after cancelling some appearances last month due to exhaustion.

The 32-year-old Supernatural star stepped out for the Gilmore Girls reunion this past weekend at the 2015 ATX Festival where he opened up about the importance of taking a break sometimes.

“Try and remember to shift gears. That’s one of things I had to learn,” Jared told MTV News. “It doesn’t mean that you have to live the simple life, but the life lived with just your friends and family is a great life.”

Jared added, “Don’t get caught up trying to think you’re supposed to do more, or to think you’re supposed to please everybody. Take care of yourself.”
