Miley Cyrus sports a denim jacket with patches and buttons all over it as she leaves an exclusive club and heads to a waiting car on Wednesday night (June 17) in New York City.

The 22-year-old entertainer was escorted out by her good friend, The Flaming Lips lead singer Wayne Coyne.
