Shawn Mendes Will Make Acting Debut On 'The 100'!

Remember when Shawn Mendes wanted to guest star on The 100? Well, it’s happening!

The 16-year-old “Stitches” singer just revealed to his fans on Twitter that he’ll be guest starring on the popular CW show in its upcoming third season, which will premiere early next year.

“HEY GUYS !!! IM GUNNA BE ON #THE100 !!! SO EXCITED!!” Shawn wrote next to his trailer, which revealed his character name as Macallan.

He added in a statement, “I’m so excited to take a step into acting. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and can’t wait for everyone to see my first role in ‘The 100′.”
