Bella Thorne Meets Casper The Cockatoo At Wildfox Fragrance Launch Event

Bella Thorne looks so pretty in a cute maxi dress as she arrives at the Wildfox Fragrance Launch Event held at the Wildfox Flagship Store on Thursday night (August 6) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 17-year-old actress presented the new fragrance, which is one of her fave scents to wear and even met a bird named Casper inside the party!
