Nathan Sykes Promises More 'Personal' & 'Deeper' Songs on His Album

Nathan Sykes brings out the trumpet and saxophone during his performance at the 2015 iHeartMedia Music Summit in Los Angeles earlier in the week.

The 22-year-old “Kiss Me Quick” singer performed alongside other artists like Nick Jonas and Little Mix at the presentation where labels showed off their established and up-and-coming artists about their new music projects for iHeartMedia programmers from across the country.

“Obviously with the album there are songs that are a lot deeper lyrically and a lot are very personal to me about relationships and things that I’ve gone through,” Nathan recently shared about his upcoming record.

He added, “And this was just as simple. We were just laughing and joking about the fact that I can’t flirt. So that’s what we wrote ‘Kiss Me Quick’ about and it ended up being my debut single.”
