In “SPARF-A-Rooney,” Maddie (Dove Cameron) and Diggie (Ryan McCartan) try to “out-fun” each other at a local music festival as Liv (Cameron) tries to help Andie (Victoria Morales) get over her breakup.
Dove explains, “That’s a big draw for them, like, ‘I really want to see Andy Grammer, but who am I going to take?”
