Austin Mahone Opens Up About Break Up With Becky G: 'We're Still Super Close'

Austin Mahone stops by the “The Elvis Duran Z100 Morning Show” held at Z100 Studios on Wednesday afternoon (August 12) in New York City.

Speaking with ET later on, the 19-year-old “Dirty Work” singer opened up about his recent break with Becky G.

“We actually kinda broke up a few days ago, just ’cause we’re so busy traveling and all that,” he shared. “We thought it was just kinda best if we just chill for a second, but we’re still super close. We’re close friends.”

Austin added about featuring Becky on his upcoming album, “I think she’ll definitely be featured on the album. Like I said, we’re still close and I’ve produced and written some songs that we’ve done.”
