Tom Daley looks like he is having a blast while experiencing a thrill ride at Busch Gardens for his belated birthday party on Monday (August 10) in Tampa, Fla.

The 21-year-old Olympic diver was joined by his boyfriend Dustin Lance Black and a bunch of their friends.
