Demi Lovato Defends Herself After Pink Comments on VMAs Performance
Demi Lovato has some words for Pink after the singer allegedly dissed her VMAs performance and said that her music does not inspire kids.
Pink reportedly wrote comments on her private Instagram account, which later were spread around online, that said she “felt sad because music is supposed to inspire. It saved my life. This trash won’t save any kids life.”

“Cool For The Summer may not “save kid’s lives” or “inspire” but I’d say Skyscraper & Warrior have done a pretty good job of helping people cope with mental illness. VMA’s are sexy and fun. There’s a time and place for everything,” Demi tweeted.
Demi also retweeted a bunch of her fans who said that her songs, including “Cool for the Summer” have inspired them for the better.

I'm learning so much every day by this new chapter in my life. I'm no longer the victim. I am the survivor.
