Justin Bieber's 'What Do You Mean?' Debuts at Number 1!

Big congrats are in order for Justin Bieber — he just landed his first number one on the Billboard Hot 100 with his hot new song “What Do You Mean?”!

The 21-year-old entertainer has made it as high as number two in the past with his 2012 hit “Boyfriend.”

“I’m happy to see Justin doing what he does best: music,” Justin‘s manager Scooter Braun told Billboard.
