Lea Michele Hits The Grove For 'You First' Book Signing

The 29-year-old Scream Queens actress signed copies of her new book “You First” for fans before heading to New Orleans, where her new show is filmed, for the second signing the next day.

“I’m so excited to meet you all there today! ???? it’s going to be so much fun!!!! ???? who’s gonna be there??? #YouFirst,” Lea wrote on Twitter in excitement.

“You First: Journal Your Way to Your Best Life” is a a guided journal that addresses a multitude of topics that are close to Lea‘s heart, such as fitness, diet, work, school, and relationships. Through a series of exercises, prompts, and lists that she created herself, the book aims to help readers achieve their goals.
