Rowan Blanchard & Amanda Steele Tweet Back At Blake Michael After His 'Too Much Makeup' Comments

Blake Michael might’ve gotten more than he asked for after writing a tweet on Friday afternoon about girls with too much makeup.

The 19-year-old Dog With A Blog actor wrote about girls wearing too much makeup, calling them “clowns” and wanting them to love themselves and go natural.

The tweet has since been deleted, but Rowan Blanchard and beauty guru Amanda Steele both had something to say about it.

“but it’s not your decision whether or not girls wear makeup. Also not your place or anyone’s place to call them ‘clowns’,” Rowan wrote.

Amanda added, “That is great, but many girls including myself wear makeup because they enjoy it. we are constantly being told that we wear ‘too much’ makeup when it’s a passion and hobby. let girls express themselves how they like whether you prefer it or not.”

Blake later wrote to Mandy, “I wish some ladies would embrace themselves. Their beautiful natural selves. I’m not anti-makeup. I’m simply pro-natural…I’m for passion & expression! (but)I’ve met a lot of girls who think they’re not beautiful w/o makeup. & that makes me sad.”

Mandy replied once more, “ok send that message then! ur tweet didn’t reflect how you felt. I know u don’t have bad intentions, just be careful w words.”
