The 19-year-old musician teamed up with 5 gum for their Truth Challenge recently, and JJJ got in on the action, asking him a few other questions that were on our minds. We even dared him to do a few things!

Truth: How many scarfs do you own? Do any of them match that pink underwear? Just a few. Most of them borrowed from Courtney [Eaton, girlfriend]. None that match though.

Truth: R5 is dropped on an island in the middle of the ocean. Who’s the first to go insane? Probably Rydel or Ellington. Although I might enjoy being stranded on an island with the band. We could survive.

Truth: We all know you had a crush on a girl named Alex. If you could go back in time, how would you had asked her out? I actually did ask her out, in a sort of elementary school way. We would hang out all the time. I was around 7 years old.

Truth: What’s the weirdest and coolest fan gifts you’ve actually received? Do you use any of the fan gifts? I still think the weirdest thing we ever got was a gold fish. Yea, people give us some cool stuff. Although we prefer people to donate to charity if they are gonna spend money.

Dare #1: How did you first get into photography? Do you have a favorite photo you’ve taken? Can you share it?
I like the idea of freezing time. Capturing a moment that you can look at whenever. Its also just a good way to chill out.

Dare #2: Sing ‘What You’re Missing’ a cappella at one of your tour stops
For sure. That could actually be pretty cool in the set.
