Selena Gomez Confirms Taylor Swift Had Nothing to Do With Her Rocky Friendship With Demi Lovato

Selena Gomez spilled the beans during a taped appearance on Watch What Happens Live n Sunday (October 18) in New York City.

The 23-year-old “Same Old Love” singer was asked what she thought about fellow Disney star Miley Cyrus.

“I feel like everybody has their own path,” Selena said. “I’m not giving you a politically correct answer. I think everybody has their own right to do what they want, and if that’s their interpretation of art, then that’s their interpretation of art.”

Sel also opened up about her rocky friendship with Demi Lovato and whether that had anything to do with Taylor Swift.

“Absolutely not,” she said. “You’re kids, you know what I mean? You grow up together.”
