Hayes Grier is as cute as can be while stepping out for the 24 Hours Of Reality And Live Earth: The World Is Watching event on Friday (November 13) in Los Angeles.

The 15-year-old Vine star and former Dancing With the Stars contestant was joined at the event by singer Rebecca Black.
