The 19-year-old actress/singer shared the exciting news that she’ll be hosting the 2015 TJ Martell Family Day next month in NYC!

“VERY EXCITED be attending the 16th Annual TJ Martell Family Day in New York! Who’s coming?” she wrote on her Facebook.
