Lucy Hale Causes 'Fandemonium' on New 'Paper' Mag Cover

Lucy Hale is a beauty in blue for the new cover of Paper magazine’s Winter 2015 “Fandemonium” issue.

The 26-year-old Pretty Little Liars star appears on one of four covers, alongside Paris Hilton, Chloe Sevigny, and Neville Jacobs.

“To show our appreciation, we decided to devote this year’s Break The Internet issue to the fans, so allow me to welcome you to Fandemonium,” CCO Drew Elliott said in a statement. “We gathered our editorial team, removed all boundaries and asked the question: what would make fans go nuts?”

FYI: Lucy is wearing a Stella McCartney suit, Azeeza harness, and Olympia Le-Tan gloves.
