The 23-year-old “Good For You” singer and 22-year-old Irish One Direction member were first spotted making out at Jenna Dewan-Tatum‘s birthday bash.
Then the following night, on Saturday (December 5), Selena and Niall hit up the Santa Monica Pier with some friends, according to People.
