Justin Bieber steps out in a casual outfit while hanging out with some friends in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Sunday (December 13).

The 21-year-old singer made his fans go crazy later the day when he posted a photo on his Instagram account of himself standing in front of a girl who is sitting on top of a car. His back is to the camera while all we can see of the girl are her legs.

TMZ has photos of the moment that picture was captured and while many people thought the mystery girl might be his rumored flame Kourtney Kardashian, the pictures prove it is not the reality star.
