OlderIsabela Moner Remembers The Reason For The Season Before Singing To Patients at Atlanta's Children's Hospital

Here’s what the 14-year-old actress shared on her account:
“I’m so thankful I have had the opportunity to visit these qt’s at the Atlanta children’s hosptial and sing for them. They asked me questions and we talked about #100Things,” she started.
“I asked what everyone wanted for christmas and i got the usual “barbie doll” or “video game” answers. But this little girl who was drawing the whole time, told me she just wanted to play bingo with her dad this christmas. ???? idk i honestly almost started crying when she told me this. Especially bcuz after that, her dad walked in the room and she lit up as if she had just won the lottery. Then, she lifted up her drawing and it was a picture of her dad… at that point, i almost had to walk out of the room bcuz the tears were a’comin.
“I think that we, as human beings, tend to gravitate towards relying on material things for happiness, and then get really sad when they don’t fully function anymore/ when theyre no longer useful. We just throw them away. Of course it’s only human, but this christmas, try focusing on things that will always be there for you and love you. Your family, friends(at least some of them), or that mcdonald’s around the corner. (i know that makes me happy ????) @nickelodeontv @ryanfoundation #ChildrensHospitalAtlanta @childrensatl.”
