Charlie Puth Reveals Sam Smith Could Have Sang 'See You Again'

Sam Smith heads out of a barbershop after giving his hair some attention on Monday (February 1) in London, England.

It was just revealed by singer Charlie Puth that Sam, 23, could have been the one who ended up singing the hook in the hit song “See You Again!”

“It’s interesting: I mean, I didn’t even think that I was going to sing it!” Charlie told People. “I [recorded the track] as a reference vocal for Sam Smith to potentially sing. [Singing it] was what I wanted, but I wasn’t admitting it to myself.”
