Kira Kosarin Reacts to Kids' Choice Nomination (JJJ Exclusive)

Congrats to Kira Kosarin, who was just nominated for Favorite TV Actress at the 2016 Kids Choice Awards!

Not only that, but the 18-year-old actress’s show, The Thundermans, is also up for Favorite TV Show!

JJJ spoke with Kira about her nominations and how she feels about them. Check it:

JJJ: Congrats on the nomination! How does it feel?
Kira Kosarin: Awesome! It’s really exciting to be nominated two years in a row.

JJJ: What was your first reaction when you heard?
KK: I was super happy. They surprised me on camera, so I have a video of my reaction which is really cool.

JJJ: How does it feel to be nominated up against these other actresses?
KK: It’s a great group to be a part of. Some serious girl power in this category!

JJJ: The Thundermans is also nominated. How exciting is that?
KK: It’s amazing! Jack and I have both been nominated before, but this is the first nom for the show itself, so the whole Thundermans family is crazy excited.

JJJ: What do you want to say to the fans?
KK: Of course!!! The reason we’ve gotten to do this show for three seasons and counting is because of the incredible fans. Thank you guys so much for watching and supporting. It wouldn’t be the same without you!

JJJ: What are you most looking forward to at this year’s show?
KK: I’m excited to see how Blake Shelton does hosting. I think he’ll do a great job.

JJJ: You always have great style at the shows. Do you already have your outfit picked out?
KK: Not yet, hopefully soon! All I know is I want to do something I’ve never done on the carpet before.
