Dove Cameron & Ryan McCartan Debut 'Glowing in The Dark' Lyric Video

The Girl and the Dreamcatcher have just dropped the lyric video for their newest track, “Glowing In The Dark”.

“‘Glowing’ was one of the first songs we wrote together,” Ryan McCartan shared with TeenVogue about the track, adding, “and at the time we were shooting on Liv and Maddie together and Dove was doing Descendants promos. So we were literally in and out of the studio at a moment’s notice trying to get it all done…And when we say studio…it was actually just a house with a curtain that we hung in the living room to bounce sound because our producer was from out of town. So all things considered, the fact that we even pulled it off was kind of crazy!”

Dove Cameron added about forming the duo, “Honestly, our jobs separate us a LOT, and we were getting sick of it. We wanted to create something that would bring us together and give us an excuse to work side by side. We both love to perform and write music, so forming a band felt like a no-brainer. [Plus] Singing together onstage is literally the most romantic thing ever. That’s easily our favorite part of all this.”
