Silento pays homage to the Rugrats with his outfit at the 2016 Kids’ Choice Awards held at The Forum in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 12).

The 18-year-old singer and dancer took the stage outdoors to perform for the electric crowd and, you guessed it, he performed his hit “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)”.
