Demi Lovato Reaches Four Years Sober: 'I Made it Through'

Demi Lovato is celebrating four years of sobriety!

The 23-year-old singer reached the milestone on Tuesday (March 15), and started reflecting on the special day the week before.

“I can’t believe I have 4 years on Tuesday,” Demi tweeted. “Anything is possible.”

On her four year anniversary, she reflected on the struggles of her past year, including the losses of multiple family members and beloved pets.

“This last year I experienced so much life and too much death,” Demi wrote. “But I made it through… Sober. #4Years #GodsWill.”
