OlderChloe & Halle Perform 'This Is For My Girls' at SXSW Keynote With Michelle Obama
Chloe and Halle Bailey take the stage for their performance during the SXSW Keynote: Michelle Obama at the 2016 SXSW Music, Film + Interactive Festival held at Austin Convention Center on Wednesday (March 16) in Austin, Texas.
The singing duo and sisters, who you might remember as the last winners of Radio Disney’s N.B.T., are featured on the “This Is For My Girls” record, along with Zendaya and Lea Michele.
The track is inspired by Michelle‘s Let Girls Lean initiative and the 62 million girls around the world who do not have access to education. Proceeds from the song will go to the Peace Corps Let Girls Learn Fund, thanks to the featured artists all waiving royalties and fees.
