Taylor Swift Makes Surprise Visit to Children's Hospital With Ryan Seacrest

Taylor Swift and Ryan Seacrest share a smile after the ribbon cutting ceremony for his studio at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital on Friday (March 18) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 25-year-old Grammy winner and 41-year-old radio host surprised kids at the hospital with Taylor’s guest appearance at the studio opening.

“Surprise of the century?!” Ryan wrote on Instagram after the event. “Thx for being part of our 10th opening today and everything you do for the kids #SeacrestStudios.”
