Vine Star Emma Greer DiBiase Dies at 16

So sad – popular Vine poster Emma Greer DiBiase has passed away.

She was just 16 and died on Sunday (March 27) after battling Stage IV cancer for several years.

Back in January, Emma was told she had three weeks left to live. She had recently been in hospice care.

Her boyfriend Lucas took to Twitter to explain just how much she meant to him. Read his heartbreaking note below.
