The young actor stars in the upcoming comedy The Detour, which follows a contemporary husband and father who takes his family on a road trip.

“I play Jared on the show and he’s a curious, not very bright 11-year-old who happens to always be a step behind everyone else,” Liam told JJJ. “Jared definitely has a bigger heart than brain. Can’t wait for everyone to see it!”

1. I was born and raised in Manhattan Beach, California.
2. I sort of fell into acting; just wanted to hang out with friends but then realized I really enjoyed it.
3. I have relatives in Ireland, I really like to go to there. I’ve been about 4 times now.
4. I on a contest in 5th grade for one of my screenplays and really enjoy writing them.
5. In 2013, I won the state hockey championship (squirt level).
6. I love to surf and skateboard.
7. My favorite subject in school is P.E.
8. I have a brother and a sister.
9. My favorite shows on TV right now � Angie Tribeca and Blackish.
10. My favorite actor/comedian is Kevin Hart because he is short and funny like me.
