Witney Carson 'Holds Back the River' With Wanya Morris on 'DWTS'

Witney Carson gets led by her switch-up partner Wanya Morris while doing their routine on Dancing With the Stars on Monday night (April 18) in Hollywood.

The duo did the Tango as James Bay sang his hit song “Hold Back the River” live.
