JustJaredJr.com: Because you’re such a social media pro and the show focuses on that, how did that help get into character?
Jake Paul: Its helped me automatically understand the show and the things that all the characters are going through because a lot of it has happened to me in my social media career. I feel like I bring an awesome spin to the character and to the scene because of that.
JJJ: How does it feel to be one of the first to really transition into a serious acting role? Was that always a goal of yours?
JP: Its an amazing feeling to make history like that. I want to thank Disney for making it possible for me to do that. It was definitely a goal of mine to transition into a serious acting role. I worked hard to make it happen and I’ve now set even more goals for myself and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

JustJaredJr.com Interview – Jake Paul
JJJ: Social media can be amazing, but it can breed negativity sometimes. Does the show focus on the better aspects of it?
JP: Bizaardvark brings light to the amount of fun it is to create social media content, the relationships that transpire from it, and the behind the scenes of social media. However, the show does touch on things like haters and jealously on the internet and shows the cast coming together to overcome it!
JJJ: What’s been your favorite moment from filming so far?
JJJ: Who would you say you’re closest to on set?
JP: I spend the most time with Ethan. We have a ton in common and our characters are in scenes together most of the time so he’s starting to become my lil bro. He’s a G.
JJJ: What do you do to pass the time in between scenes?
JP: When I’m not doing my scenes I’m doing stuff like emails, phone calls, making snapchats or posting Insta’s. I keep myself busy for sure!
JJJ: Do you decorate your trailer/dressing room? What’s important for you to have in there?
JP: FUNNY STORY! DeVore’s mom actually decorated my room because I didn’t know what to do! She’s the best. In my room I have really creative vibes which helps me stay in the creative-acting zone.
