Cassadee Pope Gets Gold Record Surprise from Chris Young at CMA Festival

Cassadee Pope hits up the pre-show press conference during the 2016 CMA Festival on Saturday (June 11) in Nashville, Tenn.

The 26-year-old country singer got a big surprise from friend and collab partner Chris Young during the conference when he presented her with a Gold Record for their duet of “Think Of You“.

“What an absolutely magical night. @chrisyoungmusic surprised me with a GOLD plaque for #thinkofyou and I got to sing it with him on the #nissanstadium stage with 60k people singing along! What is life?!” Cassadee wrote on Instagram later.

“For a Boy” singer RaeLynn is also pictured below, performing at the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum ahead of an autograph signing.
