The 17-year-old actress opened up to the glossy on how she stays in shape. Check it:
On fitness: “Right now I am doing a 50 day abs challenge. Basically I have these posted notes on my mirror and they all say Day 1, Day 2, Day 3… and what I have to do is 500 of miscellaneous core training with my arms and legs as well. When I’m done I get to take the post-it off. Any athlete will tell you that ripping that motivational post-it off is fun and rewarding, because after I’ve worked so hard it brings me closer to the number 50 goal.”
On staying physical: “I highly recommend you take any kind of hobby that is going to keep you limber and physical. I never took martial arts, but because I was a gymnast I was able to work the on-set martial arts coordinator and he helped me with my punches, kicks, and forms. If you aren’t into that then put down singing, or guitar playing, or anything that you can do. Just try to find a skill to put down on your resume. You never know what Casting Directors can do with you until you do.”
