Louis Tomlinson Needs Help Raising Money for a Young Fan!
Louis Tomlinson and a friend buy some video games as they check out Game Stop and Best Buy on Sunday (June 26) in Los Angeles.
Recently, the 24-year-old singer’s mother encouraged her son to help a young One Direction fan who was living with a rare, developmental illness in England.
6-year-old Georgia was diagnosed with Rett syndrome in 2013, a rare condition that affects the development of the brain that could cause severe physical and mental disability that begins in early childhood.
Louis‘ mom arranged for Georgia and her family to meet the 1D boys after one of their shows.
Georgia and her family recently had to move across England so that they could be closer to a specialized children’s hospital to help with Georgia’s condition. The move and the medical equipment Georgia needs to live comfortably is expensive.
Louis recently took to his Twitter to spread the awareness for Georgia in order to help raise money for her treatment.
My friend Georgie needs some love & any donations you can spare for equipment to help her. https://t.co/K03NwbdvPg X pic.twitter.com/N3Ws1RxiQB
